Raleigh Hotel: Comment Card

Hotelier André Balazs invites guests to send him comments about the Raleigh, and while we love snail mail and all, we just figured this way was faster--

Things That Rock About Your Hotel--
·    The pool scene
·    The property wide free WiFi
·    The flat screen televisions
·    The room service club sandwich

Things That Need Fixing--
·    The bathrooms are kinda dorm like--cold, dark, cramped.
·    The HVAC sounds like in-room running water--All. Night. Long.
·    Can you put a clock in the room?

As far as service goes, aside from the valet incident, our service was prompt, friendly, and efficient.
