Hilton Arlington Hotel Story Post Break

I am very disappointed with the Arlington Hilton. Having just stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Williamsburg, VA (which was very good), I was expecting a great experience. Setting aside the surly and unhelpful staff, I believe I was deliberately misled about the service. I contacted the hotel and was advised that there was wireless connections in the rooms. No such thing. Also, I reserved club level accommodations and was advised that there was a a lounge with appetizers and a bar for guests. No such thing. For this I paid a premium?

There are also, contrary to the Internet listing, no exercise facilities nor a business center. On top off all else, I was placed in the smallest room on the floor that was also the furthest away from the elevators. Despite there being other rooms being available, your staff would not change my room because of "policy." Needless to say I will have to think twice before reserving a room at Hilton.
