Just this past weekend, former Nirvana guitarist Krist Novoselic cut the ribbon to celebrate the opening of Hotel Max in Seattle.

What is Hotel Max? Well, it has been defined as the "Grunge Hotel" paying homage to those angst-ridden, plaid-wearing, Doc Marten years of the early 90s.

And it does this on the hotel's fifth floor which is "devoted to the icons of the Seattle grunge scene -- with life-size shots of Nirvana, Pearl Jam and Courtney Love by Charles Peterson covering the room doors."

The hotel also displays local artist and photographers' work on the guest doors.

While life-size posters of grunge icons is good, the hotel should also only play Nirvana music in the lobby, hand-out free samples of Teen Spirit, offer guests plaid bath-robes and unlimited rental of the movie "Singles."

We are so there.
