Hotel Babymooning Is For Real

The recent rash of rapid fire natural disasters had us thinking the end of the world was near.
However, today, we are sure even Nostradamus will agree, we have just received the first sure sign of the apocalypse: Babymoons.
That's right. We hear couples are checking into a hotel during their last trimester of knocked-up-ed-ness--well past the doctor recommended cut off date for preggo flying.
Apparently, these couples still need one last vacation before the fetus arrives, thus they pack up and head not to the airport, but instead to their favorite local hotel.
No seriously, there are even web sites dedicated to this babymooning thing.
Never one to miss a trend, W hotels jumped all over this prenatal curiosity offering some sort of "Baby Me" package including a room in participating NY W's, a "Hot Mamma" book, a subscription to American Baby (not the Dave Matthews Version) and even, three items from "womb service." Yes, they went there.
The package runs today through next July, so if you hurry home for a nooner, you might still have time to enjoy the W deal, during your last trimester. Ok, maybe not the best reason to go protection free during this months nooner, but you get the drift.
