L'Ermitage Celebrity-phobia Put To The Test
January 14, 2005 at 9:17 AM | 0 Comments
A couple years ago Jack Naderkhami, general manager of Raffles L'Ermitage in Beverly Hills, begged Steven Soderbergh to leave his hotel's name out of the credits of "Full Frontal," a film starting Julia Roberts. Mr. Naderkhami was afraid his hotel would get put on one of those "Hollywood Spots" maps, and as a result, droves of unwanted tourists would invade the lobby of his swank hotel.
Wonder how Jack Naderkhami is feeling this week? The January 24th issue of People Magazine shows a photo of the L'Ermitage Hotel, tucked inside an article on the places where Brad Pitt might live while he is "between homes."
So Once Brad gets back from Japan, girls who want to "console" Brad might want to make their way over to the L'Ermitage. We are guessing this little tidbit may get Mr. Naderkhami more traffic than that Soderbergh movie ever dreamed of. Did anyone even see "Full Frontal?"
The L'Ermitage Hotel is known for its huge rooms, including a giant bathroom, and quiet privacy. Sometimes, the L'Ermitage takes the quiet privacy thing a bit far for some guests. The hotel goes as far as offering guests 8 foot towels to cover their cabanas while they swim or dine out in the pool area. When we go to the L'Ermitage we are going to request one of these Manute Bol towels, even thought we didn't star in "Full Frontal", just for laughs.
Free wireless and DSL are also available at L'Ermitage, for guests.
