Miami Heat: The Conrad SOLD for a Mere $65 Million

So, what do you get for $65 million big ones? Just ask E.I. American Real Estate Corp., a Florida corporation, that purchased the new 203-room Conrad Miami Hotel.

Don't forget about all that glass. I can't imagine how much was spent in windows....The Conrad Miami, a luxury offshoot of the Hilton family, was designed by designed by firms Kohn, Peterson and Fox and opened July of this year.
