The Kings might be on the decline, but it looks like the Maloof's still have their bread and butter. No, not the Hilton sisters, we're talking about the hipper than thou image of their casino.

A friend of mine recently stayed at the Palms in Las Vegas, and he found the decor pleasantly modern and the staff friendly.

The Ghost Bar is 55 floors up and provides a breathtaking view of the City.  The crowd he reported were young and hip, twenties to thirties.  One of the decks is transparent acrylic with a view directly below of the Skin Pool Lounge.

For golfers, the hotel is offering a special package for the 36-hole Revere Golf Course, designed by legendary golfer Billy Casper and architect Greg Nash.

    Filled Up

After a  short 72 hour stay at the Plams I can say that it is just about the hippest place to be in Las Vegas. Ghost Bar and Rain are hor, Saturday night around the tables is full of good looks and Skin Pool aint bad either. If you're young (or young minded) and want to be surrounded by beautiful people (with possibilty of sharing a drink with the famous) the Palms is where you want to be.
