You're spired.

Oh, The Apprentice references never get old when we have a Trump story for you.  The spire pun of course fits because Trump is planning to erect a "64-story tower... built on a portion of the Frontier Hotel property, across from the Wynn Las Vegas resort project and next to the Fashion Show Mall," the Donald told the AP.

This would be the tallest hotel on The Strip, offering the following necessities:

  • 1,000 hotel rooms
  • 50 luxury residential units of up to 10,000 square feet
  • spa
  • restaurants
  • but NO CASINO hmmmm....

FYI: This newest of Trumpian monsters -- scheduled to begin construction early next year -- as tall as it will be at 645-feet, will nevertheless suffer a little penis envy considering the Stratosphere hotel-casino is the tallest structure in Las Vegas (and west of the Mississippi River) standing at more than 1,100 feet.
