The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports today that a Virginia man has filed a lawsuit against Circus Circus (part of the Mandalay Bay Corp.) alleging his bed linen were, well, umm, how do we say this? not washed properly? Nah, that is still too soft. Let's just say he alleges the linen didn't smell too good, and there was a long dark smear on them. Eeewww

Not good news for the hotel.

There was a lawsuit a few years back against the hotel for having unsafe bedframes.  A woman alleged that she was severely cut on her lower leg as she got out of bed because a metal protrusion on the frame was exposed.  During depositions, a security guard admitted that he had heard of several similar complaints.

Circus, Circus is no doubt wondering what happened to the mantra "What happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas
