Hotels Off the Strip

If for some reason when you visit Sin City, you don't want to stay in one of the hotels on the Strip because it's too crazy, you're too cool, or you have been booted by security at every strip hotel, you might want to try one of these hotels off the Strip.

The Rio Suites, located at 3700 W. Flamingo, is just a short hop from the strip. It has several great restaurants, and a happening nightclub.

The Palms Casino, located at 4321 W. Flamingo, is just west of the Rio, and it also has some happening night spots including the Ghost Bar and the Rain nightclub.

The JW Marriott, located at 221 N. Rampart Blvd., is about twenty minutes west of the strip.  You may want to stay here if you don't want to stay in a Vegas type casino/hotel. It's pretty sedate.
