New W Hotel Coming To Harlem

First Bubba goes to Harlem, now Dubba-Ya is planning on locating there. No not the prez, the swank hotel. Starwood's ultra successful W hotel line looks to be eyeing a plan to build over in Harlem.
The Harlem Chamber of Commerce and other community groups are backing the plan to build the W Hotel where the former Loews Victoria Theater currently sits. According to a NY Daily News article, Harlem leaders have been pushing for hotel development as part of Harlem's revitalization, and figure why not a W.
"We want it to be the W because it complements the upscale, hip nature that is Harlem,"
