Oldham Targets New Boutique Trend

Speaking of Todd Oldham, looks like his foray into hotel design is going to be more than just a passing fad. A couple years back he designed the interior for The Hotel of South Beach, a trendy Miami overnight, and now rumors are surfacing that Oldham will team up with famed architect David Rockwell (did the W hotels in NY) to create a "downscale boutique" for a mid price hotel chain.
