Balazs to bring Standard Hotel to Manhattan
Looks like Hotel Gansvoort is going to get a serious run for their money in the Meat Packing district of Manhattan, courtesy of Uma's boyfriend, Andre Balazs.
The hotelier grabbed a lot for $24 MM, and will be building NYC's first Standard Hotel.
Balazs is also opening a Miami Standard in October.
No word on whether he and Uma are getting hitched.
