We love themed hotels, and in Berlin, we found a beauty; The Propeller Island City Lodge, owned and designed by Lars Stroschen has some of the most unique room themes you will ever find.

Looking to spend a night in a fairytale haze?  Try 03, the Castle Room where, according to management:

"Our guests slumber in the midst of a gigantic, colorful wooden fortress, between dwellings harboring both wardrobe and desk.

Maybe your hotel fantasy is a little darker.  If so, try the coffin room or the padded cell room (pictured to the right), where for 80 Euros you can spend the night in a German padded cell.

However, if you need a room closer to the fantasy track, try what must be jamiroquai's favorite room, #23, the upside down room.  Even if your fantasy borders on masochistic, this Berlin hotel provides you with such outlets as the two Lions room, complete with dual sleeping cages.

Sounds like there is something for everyone at this German themed hotel.
