Patti Bosket, chief decorator at the Run of the River B&B in Leavenworth Washington, loves to go all out for the holidays.  From themed trees, like the "Family Photo Tree", where Patti hangs old photos with clothespins pained red or green from a Christmas tree, to stringing lights and hanging wreaths, Patti and her innkeeper brethren take this holiday hoopla seriously.

Run of the River is not far off US 90, and is only a couple hours from Seattle.

So if you want to get into the holiday spirit, but don't have the time, energy, or talent to transform your abode into a winter wonderland, you might want to consider throwing together an overnight bag and heading to a bed & breakfast where holiday decorating is close to an Olympic sport.  Hey, with Martha Stewart behind bars this year, it isn't like you can just turn on your television and figure out how to do this pro decorating thing.
