Winter break at the Pueblo Bonito Rose?

Looking for a winter getaway? The highly-reviewed Pueblo Bonito Rose seems to be a favorite in the leading Mexican hotel and resort chain. It's only a short walk from the beach and downtown Cabo San Lucas, and by all accounts is gorgeous, though a little pricey for Mexico.
Pueblo Bonito Hotels and Resorts, started in 1987 by Ernesto Coppel and Mark Kronemeyer, has become a full-fledged resort chain with the addition of several new properties, and retreats and spas in the works. Their other hotels are Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan, Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay and Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach.
The Pueblos, reportedly, have "old world charm," though they aren't exactly an integral or authentic part of their communities. But if you just want to soak up the sun, drink flashy margaritas, and buy sarongs and such from the few actual Mexicans you'll encounter on the way to the beach, this is the place to go.
Anyone stayed at Pueblo Bonito Rose lately? If tequila and Corona didn' t blur your visit, let us know what you thought of the place
