Speaking of Conde Nast's 2004 Reader's Choice edition, the "room with a view" section highlights the room #508 of the Trump International in New York City.  Apparently this room will give you a birds eye view of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade, which includes watching giant balloon after giant balloon fill up your window as they float by.  Sounds cool, but you will need a cool $1,150 dollars to secure the room for the night, ouch.

Looks like Conde Nast, or their reader's have been watching a lot of "The Apprentice" lately. What with Trump International winning the Reader's Choice award and all.  Maybe Trump is on target when he spouts all that hyperbole about his hotels. So if you here Trump say "I have the greatest hotel in the greatest city in the world", or "If you stay at my hotel on Thanksgiving you will have the most outstanding view of the biggest parade in the world", don't just laugh it off, there might be some credence behind his statements.
