Hotel On Rivington, still not open

Last month, Hotel On Rivington told HotelChatter that they would have a "soft launch" by the end of the month. Furthermore, hotel staff even said we could make reservations starting in October. However, last weeks phone calls to the Hotel On Rivington went unanswered, and we now have no definite word on when the hotel will open.  If you know this hotels spotty track record, this chain of events is hardly surprising.

Despite the roadblocks, we suspect the Hotel On Rivington may open this year, and when it does, we will let y'all know.  We know the guys over at Curbed will take the flip side of any THOR "opening date" bet, at this point, we might be right there with `em.
