New York's Roosevelt Hotel (yes, named for the former president, which one we are not sure) opened up 80 years ago on September 22, 1924. This year they're celebrating their 80th year in business with a special Broadway Package, so take advantage if you're planning a trip to NYC and want to do it in style.

The Roosevelt also offers about 30,000 feet of chandeliered, marble-floored opulence for weddings, receptions, meetings and bar and bat mitzvahs. So if you've been looking for the perfect locale for your next event and can't find room for your 1,000 guests to dance the hora, mazel tov! The Roosevelt is for you.
