The two resort sections will be separated by the "Hourglass Lake", and be connected by the "Generation Gap" bridge. Pop Century is Disney's most ambitious project since 9/11 and executives are hoping reasonable room rates ($77-$124*) and stinging nostalgia will help visitors flock to the resort in '04.
Will it work? Only time will tell.
Finally, keep in mind the resort is not on the monorail system, so if you are staying here be prepared to deal with the Disney buses or rent a car. Epcot is the closest park and is a ~10 minute drive away according to a resort representative.
