SPA TOCCARE

Our main criteria when deciding whether we like a spa or not, is what else they have in it aside from just lockers and treatment rooms. We like the options of showers, a vanity area with toiletries for our use, a sauna, hot tub, steam room and a relaxation area, all of which the Borgata Spa does have.
Even better, the spa hands out flip-flops for your experience and these aren't any old Rite-Aid footwear. Nope, the 54,000 sq. ft. Borgata Spa provides you with red or orange Havianas, which is the premiere brand of the flip-flop world. Sadly, we couldn't find any disposable razors so our therapist had to deal with our hairy legs. (Sorry!)
We opted for the Borgata Healing Stone Massage which ran 100 minutes long and combined a traditional Swedish massage with hot stones. A 100-minute massage is usually too long for us to sit through but this was quite interesting because we didn't know what would come next--hands or stones?
The Spa floor also has a fitness center called The Pump Room and the indoor pool. There is a $10 charge to use either one but not if you book a spa treatment. And lastly, there's a hair salon which uses Kerastase products and Barber Shop that use The Art of Shaving products.
