<description><![CDATA[<p><img src="http://www.hotelchatter.com/files/admin/delanomiami_lobby.png" class="imgborder"><br> <p>Well, folks, it was only a matter of time, we suppose: <b><a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/tag/morgans%20hotel%20group">Morgan's Hotel Group</a></b> is following all the other hip, savvy hoteliers expanding to real estate hotspot Dubai. <p>News of the <b>Delano Dubai</b> -- expected to open in 2012 -- was <a href="http://www.marketwatch.com/news/story/morgans-hotel-group-launch-international/story.aspx?guid={AE0520A7-063B-401A-BB99-B044861C08F3}&amp;dist=hppr">released </a>today. The details:<br> <blockquote><p>Delano Dubai will be located at the epicenter of the Dubai Waterfront. The project is expected to consist of a three-building complex overlooking the iconic Palm Jebel Ali, with panoramic views of the Persian Gulf, the open spaces of the waterfront and beachfront parks. </p></blockquote><p>We're guessing the company needed something to do after the <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/story/2008/8/1/102222/3209/hotels/Morgans_Hotel_Group_Delays_Mondrian_and_Delano_in_Las_Vegas_Indefinitlely">Las Vegas project</a> was infinitely delayed. ]]>        </description>
