Breaking News :: Thompson Hotels' Emails Get Hacked

According to some recently-filed court documents that Cityfile obtained and posted today, Jason Pomeranc and co. are entrenched in a legal battle with an unidentified hacker who obtained confidential Thompson Hotels emails.
From what we understand, the individual--whose IP address was traced back to Silicon Valley--gained access to "one or more" Thompson employees' email accounts, and then forwarded sensitive correspondence and documents to a Rocketmail account that was meant to impersonate the email address of a PR/Communications exec at Thompson.
But it gets worse.

Plus, the reporter saw dead people and himself some fried chicken.
Right then!
Apparently, the place has a men's room and not a ladies' room immediately accessible.
In Which HotelChatter and Jason Pomeranc Finally Collide

After years of constantly blogging about Jason Pomeranc, his hotels, his crackberry and his social life, we finally got to meet the hotelier in person. And he was not happy.
"I am very passionate about what I do and I'm very serious about it too," he told us firmly.
Gulp. We were sitting in a booth at Thompson Beverly Hills' restaurant Bond Street with Jason and his publicist and we were regretting valeting our car. Parking on the street would have made for a much easier getaway.
Despite Jason's annoyance over our coverage of his social life and at the fact that Six Columbus is now a verb on Urban Dictionary,
