The owner has &#x3C;a href=&#x22;http://ap.google.com/article/ALeqM5gkPYIWqNS_9RGWv_xiToaVZ_D2YgD92Q0E503&#x22;&#x3E;struck an agreement&#x3C;/a&#x3E; with Hyatt to serve alcohol in the hotel&#x27;s restaurant on the 40th floor.
