<![CDATA[<img src="http://www.hotelchatter.com/files/1425/SLSJetVan2.jpg" class="top">When we first heard about the <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/story/2008/11/5/13218/4215/hotels/What_s_Inside_The_Rest_of_the_SLS_Hotel_">Mercedes Jet Van</a> at the <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/hotel-reviews/The+SLS+at+Beverly+Hills/local/1098">SLS Hotel</a>, we seriously got a little giddy. This is essentially a clubbin' van that will take you to all the SBE hotspots in Los Angeles that are within a two-mile radius. That pretty much includes all the clubs except for Katsuya Hollywood and the S-Bar. It is a drop-off only service because god knows when you will want to be picked up. According to the <a href="http://www.lvrj.com/business/27591454.html">Las Vegas Review Journal</a>, 50% of <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/tag/Jay-Z">Jay Z's</a> 40/40 Club Las Vegas inside the <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/hotel-reviews/Palazzo+Hotel+and+Casino/local/927">Palazzo</a> was bought out by the hotel-casino's owner, Las Vegas Sands. In return, LVS closed the 40/40 Club at the Palazzo and replaced it with a sports book. The Las Vegas 40/40 Club was rumored to be closing for months, even though it opened only eight months ago. But apparently this deal will allow the 40/40 Club to expand internationally, with the first location being in one of LVS's Macau Casinos as well as in London. Wait, back up. Extreme sports star Carey Hart has teamed up with the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Vegas to create Wasted Space, a "rock and roll nightlife experience" hyped up to be an "anti-club."

Let's take a moment to acknowledge the greatness of the name and the fantastically appropriate location for a club called Wasted Space, as the Hard Rock Vegas seems to be the place where everyone is wasted in every space on the property.
