The latest to join the group is <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/tag/gregory%20peck"><b>Gregory Peck</b></a> who gets all serious in the <a href="http://www.surlaterre.com/"><i>Sur la Terre</i></a> magazine about his hotelier business (Sorry, no online link available!)<p>The piece is just a simple Q&A with Peck about how he got started in the hotel world (he used to work for Northstar Capital which funded several Ian Schrager hotels) and what his hotelier philosophy is about. <p>Oh yeah, and a little bit about Cooper Square.
