You know how Gordon Ramsay acts like a total arsehole when he’s on TV? We were hoping it was all an act, but now we’re not so sure if his level of staff training is anything to go by.

According to today’s London Lite newspaper, staff at Ramsay’s superposh Maze restaurant at the Marriott in Grosvenor Square were snowed in on Monday, and couldn’t get home.

But instead of shacking up in some of the 236 rooms the hotel has to offer, they ended up sleeping on the restaurant floor because their bosses refused to pay for rooms – despite their having negotiated the rate down from �274 to just �50 ($73).
