Fortunately for us, our spy was able to get a sneak peek on the new rooms. That's right, we snapped the above photo sometime back in the summer of 2004 outside the <b>W on Lex</b>, back when wheatgrass was just starting to take over every aging boutique hotel in Manhattan.
