Hollywood: New Miniseries Will Explore Chateau Marmont's Celeb-Filled Past

The Chateau Marmont has had its share in the spotlight, most recently in the Sofia Coppola-helmed flick Somewhere. But now the West Hollywood hotel will have its own starring role in a new miniseries from Office star John Krasinski and Social Network scribe Aaron Sorkin, Deadline Hollywood reported.

The duo will executive produce the hotel-set HBO show with hotelier Andre Balazs and his daughter Alessandra. (Aha! So this is that TV show Andre was working on.) It will be based off the book Life at the Marmont by former hotel co-owner Raymond R. Sarlot and Fred Basten.

There are new top dogs at the Hotel Palomar Los Angeles Westwood and Le Parc Suite Hotel in West Hollywood. And they are some cuties.

Both hotels got new directors of pet relations. Luna, an American Cocker Spaniel who sports a pink collar, works for Hotel Palomar. She's been welcoming animal and human guests and promoting the hotel's occasional Yappy Hours, pet-friendly happy hours. The doggie also lets visitors know that each pet gets a bed, bowl, treats and toys when checking in.

West Hollywood: Posh's Baby Shower Actually Went Down at the Petit Ermitage

We initially heard that Victoria Beckham was going to have her baby shower at the Beverly Wilshire, but it turns out that hosts Eva Longoria and hairdresser Ken Paves brought the celeb-filled party to the Petit Ermitage hotel in West Hollywood, Us Weekly reported.

As evidenced by the above photo that Posh tweeted, even the stars play lame toilet paper party games, just like us! Though we must say, we've never created a whole TP ensemble, complete with accessories.
