And now we have some information about the restaurant set to open in the <b>Viceroy South Beach</b>.<p>Restaurateur Myles Chefetz of Prime One Twelve fame and developer Jorge Perez have partnered up to offer a 7,500-square-foot restaurant at the residences at Viceroy South Beach, set to open sometime in 2008.
