The Travelzoo hotel pickings can be iffy, especially since they're seeking out the cheapest rate possible, but today's newsletter may have uncovered a legitimate gem: the <b><a href="http://www.thirtythirty-nyc.com">Hotel Thirty Thirty</a></b>. <P>They're advertising <b>$99 per night</b> right near the Empire State Building, for stays many nights now until February 29, 2012. The reason?
