The place is now about 2 years old but we still aren&#x27;t sick of it.&#x3C;p&#x3E; &#x3C;b&#x3E;Room Rules&#x3C;/b&#x3E;&#x3C;br&#x3E;Advertised as &#x22;larger-than-average&#x22; the Thor rooms have Tempurpedic mattresses from Sweden, flat screen TV, motorized curtains and heated tile floors in the bathroom. The Regular rooms are supposed to be 30 percent more than the average NYC hotel room at 300 sq ft, while the 3-story penthouse suite has a grand total</description>
