But if we were looking to do a ski vacation rather than a Sundance trip, the <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/hotel-reviews/Treasure+Mountain+Inn/ian/230942"><b>Treasure Mountain Inn</b></a> would be our pick.<br> <p>The green hotel's studio units offer up condo-like amenities--balcony, kitchens, separate seating area--right in the heart of town. To get to Park City Mountain Resort, it's an easy walk downhill to the Town Lift which will haul you right up to the slopes.<br> <p>If the <i>apres</i> is just as important to you as the ski, Treasure Mountain is ideally situated on Main Street. We were just out in Park City, trying our hand at celeb spotting during Sundance. Oh, and there were some films on, too. Rooms were tight all over town, but we managed to score a basic double at the Yarrow Hotel.

On first glance room 148 didn't impress us too much. In fact, it sort of reminded us of a suburban Comfort Inn. While most of the hot celeb action for Sundance went on over the weekend (and our bro Jaunted was there to cover it all), there are still films being shown throughout this weekend. And we just heard of a last-minute lodging option at the Marriott Summit Watch Hotel.

(The festival officially starts Thursday night.) Uh, not so much this morning when we tried to log on. Another person we talked to said she'd also had trouble connecting, too. Not good for festival HQ. The big alterna-event is <b>Slamdance</b>, which happens at PC's only green hotel, the <b><a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/hotel-reviews/Treasure+Mountain+Inn/ian/230942">Treasure Mountain Inn</a></b>. The event hosts shorts, animations, documentaries and other "truly independent works."
