New York: Sneak Peek at the New Hyatt Coming to Union Square in NYC

And while we still don't know what Hyatt brand will go in here, we do know that this is what the hotel is going to look like.
We found this shot on Kamali Wire, from hospitality consultant Steven Kamali. Kamali didn't disclose that this hotel would be a Hyatt but we put two and two together. Unless, there is another hotel opening up on the corner somewhere at 13th and 4th? We think not. But will it be called

Forget Bottle Service and Private Clubs, The Hottest New Hotel Amenity is Fun

New York: What Hotel Is Going Up at 48th and Lex in Manhattan?

When little is released about a new property, especially one in New York City, our interest is piqued. And so it is with this glass-fronted number to be run by Hersha Hospitality.
Here’s what we’ve learned about the mysterious hotel:

Deciding What's Hot in Hotels Is Steven Kamali's Day Job

And in going after your business, they are trying to beat out their competitors in terms of services, amenities, and exciting restaurant and nightlife options.
Which means for us hotel guests that more and more hotels are going to be offering exciting goodies. Thus, the days of staying in a boring hotel with floral room decor, no-name toiletries, and a lobby consisting of two chairs and a front desk are fading into the past.
Today, we're asking a man who's very involved in the boutique hotel world what we can expect. His name is Steven

Montauk: Surf Lodge Co-Owner Attempts to Mitigate the Tension
