Miami Beach: South Beach Art Deco Hotel The Savoy Is Getting a Reno

There's so much hotel buzz in South Beach lately, with new construction and rebrandings on the way, is it any wonder that even the classic little Deco properties are deciding to spruce themselves up? The latest to announce a multimillion dollar renovation? The Savoy.
The 75-suite hotel has new owners and, along with the new look, new management as well. Don't look now, but Coral Hospitality--the company lucky enough to scoop up Gansevoort <strike>South</strike> Miami Beach--will be taking the reigns here at the southern end of the beach. We've also learned that Coral is now managing another little South Beach gem, The Angler's Boutique Resort.
