We didn't know this but it's actually Elvis Week, an entire week devoted to all things Elvis Presley.

While the planned Elvis Hotel for Vegas is not open yet, there is another way you can combine your love of hotels, the King and truffles.

Whist at The Viceroy Santa Monica has created Elvis Truffles as part of the restaurant's new dessert menu which was unveiled this month. Here's what's inside a $12 truffle:
