Unfortunately, the trickle is still not enough for us hotel fanatics.<p>Today's <a href="http://dinersjournal.blogs.nytimes.com/2010/05/25/off-the-menu-sam-talbot-returns/?ref=dining">NYT Diner's Journal</a> has the scoop on the Mondrian's forthcoming restaurant. It will be helmed by former "Top Chef" contestant <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/tag/sam talbot"><b>Sam Talbot</b></a> and the cuisine will mostly be East coast seafood. There's no name for the hotel either. Hurumph.<p>Talbot has had experience with seafood--although somewhat mixed--at the Hamptons hotel, <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/story/2008/6/23/102045/710/hotels/Checking_in_on_The_Surf_Lodge_Guest_Reviews_Are_In"><b>The Surf Lodge</b></a>. He's also had some experience with Morgans Hotel Group, having served temporarily at the Woodward restaurant inside <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/story/2009/11/20/3711/1205/hotels/Watch_Out_W_The_Ames_Hotel_Boston_Is_Now_Open">The Ames Boston</a>.
