Boston : Tossing Our Halloween Cookies at Ritz-Carlton Boston Common

This year, the Gallery restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton, Boston Common is toasting the Halloween season -- because that's what luxury hotels do -- with the new "Spirits" cocktail and dessert menu.
The selection, available each Thursday and Friday in October, is truly scary as it features a list of sorority-house cocktails like "Redrum, Redrum," a mixture of orange and pineapple juices as well as Bacardi Gold rum (at least it's not the cheap stuff of well drinks), topped off with grenadine and a Maraschino cherry, Shirley Temple-style.

Chicago: Store Your Luggage at the Ritz-Carlton Chicago

Decisions about which shoes to bring and which to leave behind, make packing perhaps the hardest part of taking a vacation, not to mention costly now that <strike>American Airlines</strike> United has raised their second bag fee to $50.<p> The <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/hotel-reviews/Ritz-Carlton+A+Four+Seasons+Htl/ian/115063"><b>Ritz-Carlton Chicago</b></a> totally has our back--or rather, our pack.
Orlando: Adventures in Overservice :: Crossing the Ladies' Room Line

If you've been fortunate enough to stay at a Ritz-Carlton, you know that "Ladies and Gentlemen" is not a euphemism for the restroom -- but rather how the company refers to its staff. So, when we last stayed at the Ritz-Carlton at Grande Lakes in Orlando, we deigned to ask one of these comely "Ladies" stationed in the lobby where we might find the nearest ladies room. Instead, found ourselves being escorted to the threshold of the powder room.
This was somewhat of an awkward moment that left us wanting to point out that we no longer wear Pull-Ups and, in fact, can go potty by ourselves.

Moscow: Not-So-Shocking News :: The Ritz-Carlton Moscow Has an Expensive Wine List

We've grown accustomed to the Ritz-Carlton Moscow having extraordinarily expensive rooms, food, drinks, and basically everything. But they seem to have a knack for finding even more pricey stuff to make us feel jealous of.
This time it's one of the most exclusive champagnes you'll ever find. Two hundred bottles of 1907 champagne was recovered from a 1916 shipwreck and these bottles are now on the wine list at Moscow's Ritz-Carlton.
Naturally the price reflects their rarity ... you'll find 700,000 rubles (just over US$27,000) added to your bill if you drink this stuff. We're wondering if it even tastes any good after being buried at sea for most of a century.
