<title>Quebec City: Hotel Pur Brings Pure Style to Quebec City</title>

<title>La Malbaie: Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu Turns 110, Offers Rooms for $110 a Night</title>
<link>http://www.hotelchatter.com/story/2009/10/12/12143/146</link>
<description>&#x3C;![CDATA[&#x3C;p&#x3E;&#x3C;img src=&#x22;http://www.hotelchatter.com/files/1425/fairmontrichelieu.jpg&#x22; class=&#x22;top&#x22;&#x3E;&#x3C;p&#x3E; Another &#x3C;a href=&#x22;http://www.hotelchatter.com/tag/room rate gimmicks&#x22;&#x3E;gimmicky hotel rate&#x3C;/a&#x3E;! Although, this takes place in Quebec and it&#x27;s a &#x3C;a href=&#x22;http://www.hotelchatter.com/tag/fairmont hotels&#x22;&#x3E;Fairmont Hotel&#x3C;/a&#x3E; so it&#x27;s a little pricier (and Frencher) than other room rate gimmicks we&#x27;ve seen as of late.&#x3C;p&#x3E;The stunning, cliffside &#x3C;a href=&#x22;http://www.hotelchatter.com/hotel-reviews/Fairmont+Le+Manoir+Richelieu/ian/219841&#x22;&#x3E;&#x3C;b&#x3E;Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu&#x3C;/b&#x3E;&#x3C;/a&#x3E; is turning 110 years old and to celebrate, the hotel is offering rates for--you guessed it--$110 a night. While the stays are good through December 22, you must book between &#x3C;b&#x3E;October 12 to 31&#x3C;/b&#x3E;. The rate is also open based on availability. The hotel suggests you call in person at 1-888-403-9199 to book. Normally, rooms are about $170CAD a night. &#x3C;p&#x3E;So what do you get for $110 a night? Well, nothing really besides</description>

<title>Quebec: Cubicle Dreamin&#x27; :: Lofty Dreams in Canada</title>
<link>http://www.hotelchatter.com/story/2008/10/16/9302/8998</link>
<description>&#x3C;![CDATA[&#x3C;p&#x3E;&#x3C;p&#x3E; &#x3C;i&#x3E;Cubicle Dreamin&#x27; is a feature in which we ask the hotel mavens to take some time out of their busy work day, surf the Internet, and tell us what hotel they wish they could beam themselves to right that very second--all on the slave driving companies dime, of course. Oh, like these people aren&#x27;t surfing aimlessly anyway--at least now their purposeless clicking will be cobbled together into useful hotel stories--we hope. Have a destination hotel you are just dying to leave your cube for? &#x3C;a href=&#x22;tips@hotelchatter.com&#x22;&#x3E;Send the story our way&#x3C;/a&#x3E;.&#x3C;p&#x3E; In this episode, Hotel Maven &#x3C;a href=&#x22;http://www.hotelchatter.com/user/katiek/stories&#x22;&#x3E;KatieK&#x3C;/a&#x3E; fantasizes aboot Canada. Enjoy.&#x3C;/i&#x3E;&#x3C;p&#x3E;&#x3C;img src=&#x22;http://www.hotelchatter.com/files/1425/fairmontchateaulefrontac.jpg&#x22; class=&#x22;imgborder&#x22;&#x3E;&#x3C;p&#x3E;Oh, Canada.
