<title>Getting to Know the Thompson Hotels Co-Owners</title>

We&#x27;ve pretty much got all their newest hotels expected openings marked down on our calendars. (Just to be safe, we bought calendars up to 2012.) &#x3C;p&#x3E;However, we did get to learn a little bit about the other co-owners of the brand aside from party boy &#x3C;a href=&#x22;http://www.hotelchatter.com/tag/jason%20pomeranc&#x22;&#x3E;Jason Pomeranc&#x3C;/a&#x3E; and the most eligible NYC bachelor &#x3C;a href=&#x22;http://www.hotelchatter.com/tag/stephen%20brandman&#x22;&#x3E;Stephen Brandman&#x3C;/a&#x3E;.&#x3C;p&#x3E;So here they are from left to right:&#x3C;p&#x3E;&#x26;#183; &#x3C;b&#x3E;Michael Pomeranc&#x3C;/b&#x3E;: 50, described as &#x22;mild-mannered.&#x22; But will scream if you call them a boutique hotel chain. The social scene is gravitating toward hotel restaurants, bars, and lounges."</blockquote></p><p>Aside from creating a vibrant social life within the hotel, having nightlife options like restaurants, bars and lounges also help the hotel pay their hefty rents.
