We had to get over to Hollywood for a meeting and it took over an hour--and that was on the weekend. However, if you don't need to go farther than LAX or Santa Monica or if you're just looking to hang out just at the hotel, it's great. We spent the weekend in Room 822 at the Ritz Carlton Marina del Rey.

Ok, we really only spent part of the weekend in the room. The rest of the time we chilled at the spa and by the pool, because, yes, it is still warm enough in Southern California to lay out by the (outdoor) pool. Stay tuned for our full review of the hotel coming tomorrow.

Bachelorette DeAnna Pappas has found her prince (for now anyways) and to officially show Jesse Csincsak off to the world, she hit up the new revamped pool lounge at the Ritz-Carlton Marina Del Rey on Sunday.

The pool area was transformed into a party for tan, muscled, well-dressed 20-somethings with the occasional tattoo and nipple ring. DeAnna and Jesse cuddled in the corner at a reserved table and even took a dip in the pool together. In case you missed it, don't fret. This type of party will be happening more often at the Ritz.

But the Marina is coming into its own lately and the Glow Bar at the Marriott provides a hip outdoor dining and lounge experience.<p>There's a full menu for dining or you can get bottle service in one of the private cabanas.
