We already know about the new <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/hotel-reviews/JW+MARRIOTT+HOTEL+LOS+ANGELES/local/1622">JW Marriott</a> and the upcoming <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/hotel-reviews/THE+RITZ+CARLTON+LOS+ANGELES/local/1623">Ritz-Carlton</a> but now the <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/hotel-reviews/Holiday+Inn+Los+Angeles+City+Center/local/1687"><b>Holiday Inn</b></a> across the street is getting a makeover as well.<p>Come June, the 200-room hotel will be known as the <b>Luxe City Center Hotel</b> and will be a sister property to the <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/hotel-reviews/Luxe+Hotel+Rodeo+Drive/ian/115997">Luxe Hotel Rodeo Drive</a> and the <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/hotel-reviews/Luxe+Hotel+Sunset+Boulevard/ian/123277">Luxe Hotel on Sunset</a>. Design team SANDdesign has been tapped with the gig of transforming this budget hotel into something more hip and sexy. But they might be just fooling.
