Chef Norbert Niederkofler from the hotel's <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/story/2006/12/19/4125/2469/hotels/Eat+Your+Heart+Out+at+the+Rosa+Alpina">St. Hubertus restaurant</a> served a special five-course lunch al fresco for the Cruises who were joined by the spa director and namesake, Daniela Steiner, before they did some snowmobiling.<p> Alas, the famous family did not spend the night.
