<description><![CDATA[<p><img src="http://www.hotelchatter.com/files/34094/wrigleyvillehotelrendering.jpg" class="top"> <p><i>The eight-story hotel will sit back from the rest of the building.</i> <p>When we last heard about Chicago's <b>Wrigleyville Hotel</b>, officials predicted the boutique property near Wrigley Field would open during the Cubs' spring season, but it looks like we'll have to sit through extra innings until the hotel is built. <p>An official said the hotel is still going through the approval process, but when it gets the okay, it will take 18 to 24 months to complete construction. Another new development is that <b><a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/tag/Hyatt%20Hotels">Hyatt</a> has expressed interest in managing the 137-room hotel</b>, which is part of Addison Park on Clark, a development that also includes retail outlets and apartments that's a block from the ballpark.]]></description>
