All you have to do is search like you normally would but look for the hotels with the green "Special Offer" tags.<p>We tried it for NYC on New Year's Eve and as expected, no dice. Hmm...no thanks. The <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/hotel-reviews/Encore+Las+Vegas/local/1397">Encore Las Vegas</a> came up too with a $75 resort credit but rooms are $699 for New Year's Eve.
