A <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/story/2008/9/5/92714/58659/hotels/The_Delano_Says_Sorry_Vegas_We_re_Headed_to_Dubai_">Delano in Dubai</a> was announced back in September but that won't open until 2012. <p>However, it looks like a project in St. Bart's has received the greenlight and will be the second Delano to open. Many are speculating that a hotel is the obvious new owner.
