Were you able to figure anything out from the video we posted on Friday? Two people called out The Chatwal, which was correct! We were there last week, in the Producer's Suite on the tenth floor, to watch a new promotional video by Luxury Collection called HERE.

If you're at all restless like us, you might wind up booking an impromptu trip to Vermont, Scottsdale and/or Hawaii after you watch it. The 15-minute film is set at Equinox Resort & Spa, The Phoenician and The Royal Hawaiian, Waikiki successively, and each hotel comes off looking more idyllic than the next.

One of London's ongoing summer events, a Rooftop Film Club hosted at a popular Hoxton bar, inspired something of a cult-like fervor among local film buffs. Piggybacking on Londoners' love of all things cinema and all things, uh, rooftop, is the Berkeley hotel, who is transplanting the concept from East to West and taking full advantage of their posh terrace climes (not to mention outdoor lamp heaters).

The newcomer will likely be called The Wythe, and rooms will go for around $200 a night. So, not to jump the gun here, but let's just get things straight: it hasn't even finished construction yet and already it's got better rates and a more original name? They're making it too easy to pick sides! But we're not gonna hold our breath. After waiting an entire summer (and then some) for their sleek, pool-equipped neighbor to get the motor running, we're not so quick to get our hearts broken again. At least

Well, that's a relief! It seems we're not the only ones who get excited about hotel toys. After waiting eagerly for some like-minded souvenir hoarder's response—photos, url links, tips, anything!—our patient geekery was rewarded yesterday when we received this photo from reader Pam.
