While we were on assignment checking out Air New Zealand’s new 777-300ER in Seattle right before Christmas, we stayed for two nights at the W Seattle.

As you’ll see from the photo gallery and video walk-through we’ve included here, we found that very much like Grunge, this hotel’s best days might just be behind it.

Not only did this Hotel Monaco offer a great location and the usual Kimpton chic rooms but staffers also saw to it that our vehicle, which at the time had a U-Haul attached to it, was given premiere parking on the street right outside the hotel. San Francisco: The Good Hotel Has iMacs in The Business Center

Yesterday we told you about the Good Hotel from JDV Hospitality which strives to give back to the local community by allowing guests to volunteer during their stay. The hotel also has a program in place that gives employees time during the day to volunteer for an organization of their choice.

Well, today we have another reason to love the Good Hotel--brand-new iMacs in the business center. Check 'em out. Technically, these "business stations" are part of the lobby but it's still cooler-looking than the business center of the 1990s. And just like internet access in the guestrooms, the use of these bad boys is free.
