Homewood Suites Wants to Remind You that Unlike Airlines, Their Amenities are Free

The sad reality about flying these days is that every time you step on a plane, you need to pull out your wallet to pay for something that used to be included in the price of the ticket.
There's the checked bag fee. There's the in-flight meal. On some airlines, you have to pay to use a pillow and now Spirit Airlines has started to charge for carry-ons. Yes, carry-ons!
Fortunately, there are some hotels out there where most of the amenities and services are still free, like Homewood Suites by Hilton.
In light of the Spirit Air's ridiculous new <s>attempt at ripping off passengers</s> fee, Homewood Suites has put together a neat little comparison chart

Wait, what?....Yeah, that's what it says on the press release but these peeps are actually talking about Brooklyn. Still, nice try. We're sure someone in Fargo bought that.
Anyways, the 100-suite property at 313 Gold Street, is in Downtown Brooklyn near Manhattan Bridge, likely affording guests some killer views of the city's famed skyline.
The groundbreaking, which will be part of a joint new build with a Hilton Garden Inn, is expected to start this September and be completed a year later. The hotel will sport all of the amenities Homewood Suites is known

(next to Florida Atlantic University, just outside the North Palm Beach area.)
Now, getting the hotel built by the expected opening date of January 2007 should not be a problem because Hilton is behind it. But the developer has already said the hotel will be "very high tech" in order to accommodate the FAU and soon-to-open Scripps Research Center. But there are no more details after that, leaving us to wonder what the developer's definition of high-tech is.
Does
