Wait, what?....Yeah, that's what it says on the press release but these peeps are actually talking about Brooklyn. Still, nice try. We're sure someone in Fargo bought that. Anyways, the 100-suite property at 313 Gold Street, is in Downtown Brooklyn near Manhattan Bridge, likely affording guests some killer views of the city's famed skyline. <![CDATA[<img align="right" src="http://www.hotelchatter.com/files/admin/homewood.jpg">Here is a perfect example of Hotel Hype that doesn't come from a press-hungry boutique hotelier or more specifically, <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/story/2006/3/21/144227/426">Jason Pomeranc.</a>Hilton has just announced that they will build  a $15 million, 93-suite Homewood Suites hotel in Abacoa, Fla. (next to Florida Atlantic University, just outside the North Palm Beach area.) Now, getting the hotel built by the expected opening date of January 2007 should not be a problem because <a href="http://www.hilton.com">Hilton</a> is behind it. But the developer has already said the hotel will be "very high tech" in order to accommodate the FAU and soon-to-open Scripps Research Center. But there are no more details after that, leaving us to wonder what the developer's definition of high-tech is.Does
