This weeks UK <i>Times</i> raved about Villeranche-sur-mer and has one big recommendation: stay at the <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/hotel-reviews/Hotel+Welcome/local/394"><b>Hotel Welcome</b></a>.</p><p>Hotel Welcome is a 36-room place directly on the water, and after a 2002 renovation, each of the rooms has a balcony with a view over the sea.
